Think Regeneration's fourth national Advancing Food is Medicine conference returns October 20-21, 2026 in Edmond, Oklahoma — this year under the theme Regenerating Communities. The two-day program brings together FIM practitioners, farmers, health care leaders, and community organizations to work at the full intersection of food, health, and agriculture. New this year: two Community Leadership Intensives on October 20 morning — one for practitioners starting or growing a FIM program (led by Erin Martin, co-founder of Fresh Rx Oklahoma), and one for local food supply chain development.
