The USDA Healthy Food Financing Initiative has $20 million available and is accepting applications through September 18. This is one of the few federal grant programs that directly funds the infrastructure FIM organizations need — partnerships that put fresh food where Medicaid beneficiaries actually live, with capital to build what the community is missing.
