Apply by September 30: CSNS Third Cohort RFP Open for 2027 Sites

The American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) and No Kid Hungry have opened their Request for Proposals for a third cohort of Coordinating SNAP and Nutrition Supports (CSNS) sites launching in 2027. CSNS is a collaborative program that helps state, county, and city human services agencies build the coordination infrastructure that connects food-insecure households to both SNAP enrollment and supplemental nutrition supports — the same bridge that FIM produce prescription programs depend on.
