The Center for Health Care Strategies is convening federal and state leaders for a free webinar on September 23 focused on breaking down the barriers that keep eligible dual Medicare-Medicaid enrollees from accessing PACE — the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. Panelists include Gary Bacher from CMS's Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation and Medicaid program directors from Pennsylvania and a major community health organization. PACE is a comprehensive model that integrates nutrition, social supports, and medical care in one enrollment — making it a natural adjacent program for FIM practitioners who serve frail elderly Medicaid enrollees.
