New York Kitchen in Canandaigua is hosting a two-day Bakeshop Camp for teen cooks at the end of July. This hands-on program explores both sweet and savory baking — the kind of foundational kitchen skills that turn curious eaters into confident cooks. It is the final Junior Chef camp of the summer, and a wonderful way for young people to end the season with flour-dusted hands and something delicious to show for it.
