Knife Skills Class at The Commissary — July 15

The Brainery's Knife Skills class is back — a two-hour hands-on session where you learn the grip, the stance, and five essential cuts that will change how you move through your kitchen. It's one of those foundational things that makes every meal faster, safer, and more satisfying to cook. Taught by Christin Ortiz, who has cooked professionally since age 19.
