Pasta Making Class at Rochester Brainery — July 8

The Brainery's pasta-making class is back for a July session after the June class sold out. You will learn to make fresh pasta dough by hand, roll it out, and cut it — the foundational skill behind everything from linguine to lasagna. There is something satisfying about understanding exactly what you are eating, flour and eggs and nothing else.
