If you work with food in any professional context — a community meal program, a produce prescription delivery site, a childcare center, or a food service operation — ServSafe Manager Certification is a credential that matters. New York Kitchen is hosting a full-day ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification course on September 21, led by Chef Mary Beth Brinkerhoff. The program, maintained by the National Restaurant Association, covers everything from temperature control to cross-contamination prevention and is recognized across the food industry. The day ends with the certification exam.
