On September 5, MorSushi leads a hands-on class at New York Kitchen in Canandaigua, teaching three fundamental rolls: Maki (the traditional roll), Uramaki (inside out), and Nigiri. The class is vegetarian and gluten-free friendly, and every participant takes home their own sushi rolling mat as a reminder that this is something you can keep doing.
