Trauma-Informed & Children's Yoga Training at breathe yoga

breathe yoga is hosting a two-day professional training for certified yoga teachers who want to expand their skills into trauma-informed and children's yoga. Led by visiting instructors, this intensive covers how to create safe, supportive classes for students from kindergarten through high school — and how to teach with the sensitivity that vulnerable populations deserve.
